Growing up in Italy, I quickly realized my love for food was more than just a passing fancy. Watching how my family members painstakingly prepared each meal gave me a unique understanding of just what it took to create dishes that would not only please the toughest of palates but also satisfy the heartiest of appetites. I felt a joy and passion for cooking that eventually determined the path my life would take. Coming to America, I supplemented my knowledge of authentic old country cuisine that was nurtured in Italy with the experience of the Culinary Institute of America where I graduated as master chef. After working at numerous restaurants, I decided to take my passion for food and love of pleasing palates and appetites to a whole new level.

Today I bring my unique cooking style to people of selective tastes at my wonderful Tuscan style trattoria Pronto Restaurant. I personally invite you to enjoy a dining experience where the flavor and freshness of Tuscany will come to life.
